We are looking for a Stock/Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory and stock operations at our Saket, Delhi location. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth day-to-day inventory flow in our bakery training institute.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing stock for ingredients, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
- Coordinate with chefs and trainers for stock requirements
- Ensure timely ordering and restocking of essential items
- Prepare stock usage reports and highlight discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area
- Use MS Word, Excel, and other tools for inventory tracking and reporting
Eligibility & Requirements:- Must be from an HRM (Hotel/Restaurant Management) background or have knowledge of the food industry
- Experience: 02 years (freshers with relevant background/skills can apply)
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Office tools
- Must be able to speak and write in good English
- Should be able to join immediately
