Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stibo STEP Developer to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform, strong knowledge of master data management principles, and a passion for building scalable and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP configurations and workflows to support business needs.

Implement data models, business rules, and user interfaces within the STEP platform.

Integrate STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.

Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver MDM solutions.

Develop and manage data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and governance processes.

Optimize performance and ensure the scalability of STEP solutions.

Support end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of MDM processes.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for STEP configurations and upgrades.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM platform.

Strong understanding of MDM principles and data governance practices.

Proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, and user interfaces in STEP.
