Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in Bardez. The Steward will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the dining area, and supporting food and beverage service. Daily tasks may include setting up tables, taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The Steward will also assist with training and maintaining essential service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for delivering excellent guest experiences and providing clear and courteous interactions.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic menu familiarity and understanding of food service etiquette.
• Ability to effectively follow Training protocols and assist with onboarding and mentoring team members.
• Teamwork skills and adaptability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage sector or hospitality is highly desirable.
