Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Stewards, Captain & Guest Relations Executive (GRE). The responsibilities for the Stewards Captain include overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising the service team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring their comfort, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and providing a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, guest relations, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong team management and leadership skills for supervising a service team
• Ability to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Knowledge of food and beverages, especially Burmese cuisine, is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is preferred
• Proficiency in English and local languages
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
