• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Taj, Oberoi, ITC, or The Leela hotels only.
• Fluent English communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, menu familiarity, and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player.
