Job Description
To provide courteous, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining hygiene, service standards, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
- Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset
- Handle guest queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in billing and ensure correct order delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs
