Job Description

To provide courteous, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining hygiene, service standards, and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
  • Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and beverages
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and beverages as per service standards
  • Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset
  • Handle guest queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist in billing and ensure correct order delivery
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
  • Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs
