Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently to all guests.
Support to Servers: Assist Food & Beverage servers in all aspects of the dining experience, ensuring smooth operations.
Menu Guidance: Inform and assist guests about menu items, including specials, ingredients, and recommendations.
Station Management: Ensure proper setup and maintenance of all side stations in the outlet.
Beverage Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and offerings to assist guests effectively.
