Job Description

Clean and set tables, including placing seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.
Welcome customers, seat them, serve or refill water, and deliver beverages from the bartender.
Maintain clean menus and present them to customers.
Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, assisting wait staff as needed.
Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
Assist in cleaning duties and opening or closing tasks of the restaurant.
Scrape and wash dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, and store them appropriately.
Sweep, mop, and polish restaurant, bar, kitchen areas, and equipment.
Transport used linen to and from laundry or housekeeping sections.
Assist with unloading and storing stock as required.
