Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and providing basic restaurant information or handling reservation schedules.
  • Maintaining clean, sanitized menus for guests.
  • Refilling drinks as needed.
  • Rolling and replacing cutlery.
  • Keeping serving stations stocked with condiments, trays, and napkins.
  • Directing customers to restrooms.
  • Clearing tables after guests finish.
  • Following safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assisting kitchen staff in preparing simple dishes (salads, desserts).
