Role Description

We are looking for a Steward for a full-time, on-site role located in our Jaipur location. The Steward will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, collaborating with the team to uphold quality service, and supporting training initiatives for new team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests effectively and provide a welcoming experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices and experience in delivering high-quality dining services.
• Willingness to take part in Food Service and other related responsibilities to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Experience in Training team members or a willingness to guide others and build team efficiency.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of sustainability practices in a hospitality setting is a plus.
