This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward/Floor Member based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Steward/Floor Member will work closely with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high service standards and efficiency.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a positive dining experience
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service practices
• Ability to learn quickly and participate in Training for continuous skill development
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field is preferred
