This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward/Captain located in Mumbai. The Steward/Captain will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to guest service, ensuring exceptional hospitality, and maintaining high food and beverage operational standards. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction, coordination with team members, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction and effectively address concerns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and exceptional execution of service to meet high standards.
• Competency in Training skills to assist in mentoring and developing team members.
• Experience in Food Service processes, including order taking, serving, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage.
• Educational qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
