Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Captain Steward located in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating dining service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and training service staff, and overseeing food and beverage delivery to maintain high standards. The Captain Steward will work closely with customers and staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with guests and addressing their needs with professionalism.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service, with a thorough understanding of menu items and dining etiquette.
• Capability in Training and mentoring team members to maintain and improve service standards.
• Knowledge in Food Service to ensure delivery aligns with the restaurant's quality and presentation guidelines.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and managing a team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
