Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and professional service to senior management and VIP guests
- Ensure smooth dining and service operations at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with efficiency, courtesy, and discretion
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and service excellence
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: 35 years as a Butler/Service Staff in a reputed 4 or 5-Star Hotel
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with excellent communication skills
- Smart, well-groomed, and customer service oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and high service standards
