Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based in Mumbai. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service by assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, and attending to guests needs.

Locations : Thane, Lower Parel, BKC, Borivali, Powai, Goregaon, Fort

(Mumbai based Candidates Only)

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain mise-en-place and restaurant setup standards.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Welcome, seat, and ensure guest comfort.
• Provide prompt and professional guest service.
• Minimize breakage, spoilage, and wastage.
• Prepare accurate bills and collect payments.
• Perform duties assigned by management when required.
• Maintain professionalism and good relationships with colleagues.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and stewarding teams.
• Report problems or unusual matters to the supervisor promptly
