Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun for the role of Steward at the Rajpur Road outlet. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing food and beverage orders, assisting with food service, and maintaining hygiene standards. Additional duties may include helping with staff training and supporting daily operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to positively interact with guests and coworkers.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage service and Food Service protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ability to contribute to staff Training and development to maintain high service standards.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and support various tasks as required.
