Job Description :
We are looking for a highly experienced Sterling OMS Senior Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, along with strong hands-on experience in Java, Microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms.
Required Skills & Experience :- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in IBM Sterling OMS
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
- Java / J2EE
- Microservices Architecture (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
- Experience with:
- Integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware)
- Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, or similar)
- Event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar tools)
- Knowledge of:
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities :- Architect and design end-to-end solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Lead system design discussions, solution blueprinting, and technical strategy
- Develop and customize Sterling OMS components using Java/J2EE
- Design and implement Microservices-based architecture
- Integrate OMS with external systems like ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways
- Drive cloud migration and deployment on AWS
- Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and system optimization
- Define best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and solution improvements
