About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Stenographer to support senior leadership at our Corporate Office in Andheri, Mumbai. This role requires strong shorthand skills, excellent communication abilities, and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take dictation in shorthand from Directors and prepare letters, drafts, and official documents
- Provide executive support and assist in day-to-day business coordination
- Manage email and written correspondence with customers and vendors on behalf of senior management
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Arrange travel, visa, and accommodation for management and employees
- Maintain accurate records (both digital and physical)
- Ensure confidentiality of company and executive information
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Stenography and graduation in any discipline
- Strong shorthand and typing skills (mandatory)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Experience in a corporate office environment preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
