The Role: Architect of Curiosity

We are hiring exceptional Science/STEM educators with deep experience in Inquiry-Based or Project-Based Learning (PBL).

As a Senior Learning Coach, you are not a lecturer. You are a facilitator of brilliance. You will lead small pods of 8 students, guiding them through a curriculum that treats them like capable innovators.

Facilitating Deep Inquiry through real-world projects (e.g., figuring out Human survival on Mars to learn about atoms and molecules)

The Whole Child Focus: You will mentor students 1:1, helping them build the emotional intelligence, grit, and accountability required to thrive in an AI-driven future.

Who You Are (The DNA of a StayQrious Coach)

We aren't looking for standard teachers. We are looking for extraordinary educators who naturally embody the following:

>2+ years of teaching experience in non-traditional, PBL environments.

Deep conceptual understanding of Science.

Fluency in fundamental applied Math, up to Grade 10.

Hands-on experience building structured, highly engaging lesson plans.

Loved by kids. You build incredible, life-changing rapport with students. You bring levity, and a playful personality to the classroom.

Creates a psychologically safe classroom climate. You ruthlessly protect students from peer mockery, normalize productive struggle, and celebrate mistakes.

Warm Demander: You perfectly balance being highly empathetic with setting firm, rigorous expectations.

Speak fluently with a rich vocabulary, serving as a strong language model.

Highly tech-literate. You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to research and enhance your productivity.
