Innow8 is seeking apassionate and tech-savvy engineerto join our STEM education team. The selected candidate will contribute to building engaging content, developing DIY electronics kits, and delivering live online sessions for students and educators. This is a hybrid role combiningtechnical development,content creation, andteaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and developDIY STEM hardware kitswith sensors, microcontrollers, and real-world applications
- Create curriculum-alignedcontent, manuals, activity sheets, and training materials
- Upload and manage modules on ourLearning Management System (LMS)
- Conductonline classes and training sessionsfor students and teachers across India and abroad
- Integrate sensors (IR, Ultrasonic, DHT11, LDR, etc.) and electronics into learning kits
- Collaborate with hardware, content, and video production teams
- Document each project with circuit diagrams, code, and step-by-step guides
- Assist in improving and scaling existing courses and hardware kits
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation inelectronics and microcontrollers(Arduino, ESP32, etc.)
- Knowledge of commonsensors(IR, Ultrasonic, DHT11, PIR, etc.) and integration techniques
- Experience with content creation, documentation, and curriculum design
- Comfort withonline teaching platforms(Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Good skills in Canva, PowerPoint, Word for creating teaching material
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- LMS management and e-learning exposure is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Mandatory
Experience: 01 year (Freshers with strong projects or teaching experience are welcome)
Must be able to workfull-time on-sitefrom Mohali
Should be comfortable takingonline sessionsin English and Hindi and engaging with learners
