About the Role
Shikshak Solutions is looking for a STEM / EdTech Sales Executive who is passionate about education and technology.
The role focuses on introducing STEM, robotics, and EdTech solutions to schools, educators, and institutions, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead engagement to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with schools, educators, training centers, and institutions to present STEM and EdTech solutions
Conduct product demonstrations (online and offline) with training and technical support
Follow up on qualified leads generated through marketing and partnerships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with education partners
Achieve monthly sales targets with performance-based incentives
Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team
Represent Shikshak Solutions at education events, workshops, and school meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma holder (Engineering, Science, Education, or Management preferred)
03 years of experience in sales, EdTech, education, training, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging way
Interest in STEM, robotics, AI, or education technology
Comfortable with field visits and interacting with educators
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in EdTech are welcome to apply.
