We are seeking a STEM Curriculum Designer (Freelancer) to join us and contribute to the creation of innovative STEM curricula for AI training projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and refine engaging STEM curricula and lesson plans for AI training purposes, ensuring they align with educational best practices and real-world applications.
- Create a structured learning path for STEM subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive exercises, quizzes, and projects that reinforce key concepts.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness in all curriculum materials.
- Adapt STEM content to suit a wide range of learning levels and formats (beginner to advanced, self-paced to instructor-led).
- Collaborate with AI teams to enhance the AI's understanding of STEM concepts, ensuring the content produced is both educational and practical.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum based on feedback from AI models and learners.
Required Qualifications:
- 1st or 2nd year student of STEM-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering) from a top IITs.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in curriculum design, teaching, or content development in STEM subjects.
- Strong understanding of core STEM topics and educational principles.
- Experience with creating educational materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, exercises, and assessments.
- Familiarity with AI and its application in education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to break down complex topics into understandable content.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
