Job Summary:

As a Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs, you are the Training Master — responsible for designing, leading, and executing training strategies that empower our frontline teammates and leaders to excel. Working hand-in-hand with Operations, you'll drive site-wide and campaign-specific training programs that align with both performance goals and our commitment to employee development. You will create engaging, impactful learning experiences that ensure operational excellence and individual growth across all levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of campaign-specific and site-wide training programs for Team Leaders (TLs) and Teammates (TMs).
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to align training content with business needs and performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain all relevant training materials, curriculum, and evaluation tools—from onboarding to advanced leadership training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on all campaign-specific training requirements, ensuring content is technically sound and engaging.
  • Proactively assess departmental and campaign-specific training needs and tailor solutions to meet those demands.
  • Manage training initiatives and guide Training Supervisors and Specialists in implementation and content delivery.
  • Create, implement, and maintain development tracks for both new hires and tenured employees, emphasizing continuous skill building.
  • Draft and publish a year-long training calendar, complete with quarterly objectives and key milestones.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Propose and pilot new tools, systems, testing methods, and policies to enhance learning outcomes and training quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal training standards and maintain accurate training documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Managers, Directors, and global counterparts to synchronize training efforts across sites.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by promoting accessible learning solutions that reflect TaskUs values.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a training managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and team development.
  • Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Proven ability to lead training projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Highly motivated, independent worker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Skilled in adapting training content to suit various audiences and learning styles.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
