Mandatory Skills
- Way4 (OpenWay) Credit Cards Issuing experience
- Strong understanding of Credit Card business rules
- ISO 8583 / EMV knowledge
- Card schemes processing knowledge
- SQL / database queries for validation
- Payment testing or implementation experience
Good to Have
- Experience in Tokenization / 3DS / Contactless
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (PCI DSS, RBI guidelines)
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with UPI / Digital payments is a plus
