This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for the State Sales Head - EV at Panda Treats. The individual will lead sales efforts within the state, strategizing for market penetration and driving revenue growth. This includes managing a sales team, developing relationships with key distributors and retailers, monitoring market trends, and executing initiatives to achieve sales targets. The role also involves analyzing sales data, managing accounts effectively, and maintaining smooth team operations to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Account Management for fostering successful distributor and retailer partnerships
  • Demonstrated Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and manage sales teams
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor market trends, and improve performance
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
