- Oversee, manage, and expand distributor networks, channel partners, and key accounts to ensure smooth operations and wider market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to support sales efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and report performance to senior leadership.
