Job Description

Role profile:
  • Liaison with the Zonal Head to align on strategies for business sourcing and execution at the state level
  • Build and strengthen engagement with dealers and DRMs to drive disbursements and grow business
  • Expand dealer network within the state and develop strong partnerships to enhance sourcing capability
  • Drive cross-selling of new products in alignment with business goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by scanning untapped markets and segments
  • Support process and system improvements to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) and internal policy guidelines during sourcing and appraisal
  • Track key productivity data average disbursement, number of active dealers, and state performance metrics and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure timely recruitment, on boarding, and deployment of DRMs in line with the business plan
  • Manage and review DRM performance through structured goal-setting and periodic check-ins
  • Facilitate regular training and capability-building initiatives to ensure DRM readiness and market effectiveness
  • Responsible for ensuring timely collections of the disbursed portfolio for the initial 12-month period.
  • Ensure compliance with all stipulated processes, documentation norms, and operational protocols for quality and control
Skills:
Experience:
15-20 yrs. of experience in NBFC / Financial Institution with more than 10 yrs. of experience in CME
