Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the state to meet business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales force across the region. Drive distributor and channel partner development across all key territories.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure the state achieves revenue and distribution targets.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and sales operations.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduation/BBA/MBA
  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Telecom, FMCG or Handset sector (Mandatory).
  • Experience in handling state-level operations and team management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities .
