Role & responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the state to meet business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales force across the region. Drive distributor and channel partner development across all key territories.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure the state achieves revenue and distribution targets.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and sales operations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduation/BBA/MBA
- 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Telecom, FMCG or Handset sector (Mandatory).
- Experience in handling state-level operations and team management.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities .
