Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with offline merchants and sales executives.
• Develop a sharp understanding of local merchant/customer needs to drive loan distribution.
• Set up and lead a team to achieve agreements and quality targets for lending.
• Help merchants grow their businesses by enabling access to loans through esteemed lenders.
