Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To promote the complete range of Mutual Fund and Financial Asset products across all distribution channels including MFD, IFA, NDs and Bancassurance (Banca).

• To drive up-selling of Mutual Fund products through B2B sales across MFD, IFA, ND and Banca partners.

• To generate fresh leads and acquire new clients through references and channel partner networks to strengthen the overall client base.

• Acquisition of HNI, Affluent and Super Affluent clients by tracking premium client segments in the market and generating higher AUM from preferred clients across all channels.

• To achieve assigned business targets through up-selling, cross-selling and deepening client relationships, thereby enhancing client net worth.

• To develop, manage and maintain long term relationships with MFDs, IFAs, NDs and Bancassurance partners.

• To prepare monthly sales plans for client acquisition and ensure regular engagement with mapped clients and channel partners through weekly and monthly follow-ups.

• To lead, motivate and drive performance of the assigned team/reportees to meet business and AUM targets.

Desired Candidate Profile Education: MBA/PG/Master Degree

Experience: Should Have Experience in Mutual Fund/ Asset Management Company is must.

Certification: Must be having NISM V A Certification.

Product Knowledge- Must have a detailed knowledge of all products related to Mutual Fund.

Team Handling – Should have experience of Team handling.
