Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for MICE, conferences, incentive tours, team outings, and school/college group tours
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate meetings
  • Manage corporate client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain a network of travel agents, corporate partners, and associations to drive group tour leads
  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tours and client requirements
