About the Role
The
State Head Commercial Vehicles in the
Sales function is responsible for sourcing loans through direct selling agents (DSAs), direct sales teams, and existing channel partners, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. The role involves leading a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels. The incumbent must ensure strict adherence to bank policies and guidelines, balancing sales growth with risk management to support the broader objectives of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and manage loan acquisition channels across the state, including DSAs and direct sales teams.
- Acquire new business and ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Maintain strong market intelligence and understanding of retail asset products, operations, and trends.
- Identify evolving market dynamics and develop channels to acquire new business.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommend process and policy improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster collaboration across teams to support seamless execution of business strategies.
- Promote a risk-aware culture while driving sales performance.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any Graduate (Full-time)
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial vehicle lending or related financial services.
