Role Description

This is a full-time remote Recruiter position focused on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for state and federal roles. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensuring compliance with federal and state hiring standards. This position emphasizes creating strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to foster successful placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in state and federal recruiting processes, with knowledge of compliance and regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a remote environment and meet deadlines independently
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple roles and prioritizing tasks
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill hiring needs
• Previous experience in IT or technical recruiting is a plus
