Hiring: C2H Recruiter – Staffing BU | Live Connections | Hyderabad (WFO)

We are looking for dynamic recruiters to join our Staffing Business Unit for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

Role: C2H Recruiter

Experience: 1–4 years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week + Alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for C2H / staffing roles
• Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Handling salary negotiations and offer closures
• Understanding client requirements, margins, and billing structures
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring quick TAT

Key Requirements:

• Experience in C2H / contract staffing recruitment is mandatory
• Strong expertise in salary negotiations and margin understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹2–5 LPA (or % hike based on current CTC)
• Lucrative performance-based incentives
