Surya Systems Inc is looking to recruit a US IT Recruiter, individual with end to end recruiting cycle, especially with extensive experience in sourcing candidates from the market leveraging all the channels for US geography.

Job Description

Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn.

Should be able to work on C2C/W2/1099 based requirements Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio between Interview/Placement.

Responsible for job postings, search strings, mass emails, referencing.

Connecting with the candidates and carrying out a thorough vetting on their current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project as well as details of their work authorization.

Carry out salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates.

keeping good relationship with Clients and Vendors

Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.

Work with the client team and the candidate to take them thru the entire life cycle.

Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate.

Sending daily performance report to the account/ recruitment manager.

Sound knowledge on IT Skills and latest Technologies.
