Surya Systems Inc is looking to recruit a US IT Recruiter, individual with end to end recruiting cycle, especially with extensive experience in sourcing candidates from the market leveraging all the channels for US geography.

Job Description

· Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn.

· Should be able to work on C2C/W2/1099 based requirements Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio between Interview/Placement.

· Responsible for job postings, search strings, mass emails, referencing.

· Connecting with the candidates and carrying out a thorough vetting on their current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project as well as details of their work authorization.

· Carry out salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates.

· keeping good relationship with Clients and Vendors

· Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.

· Work with the client team and the candidate to take them thru the entire life cycle.

· Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate.

· Sending daily performance report to the account/ recruitment manager.

· Sound knowledge on IT Skills and latest Technologies.
