Job Summary
We are a growing recruitment firm looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional who can own recruitment sales, role research, client management, and fulfillment prioritization. This role requires strong business development skills combined with a solid understanding of tech and non-tech hiring, excellent communication, and end-to-end ownership of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, and referrals
- Pitch recruitment services to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and close new business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
- Build long-term relationships by understanding client hiring needs and business priorities
- Proactively follow up on open roles, feedback, closures, and future requirements
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction
Role Research & Fulfillment Prioritization
- Work closely with recruiters to understand open roles and prioritize them for fulfillment
- Perform role research and requirement clarity (JD alignment, must-haves, market availability)
- Track role status, turnaround times, and delivery effectiveness
Recruitment Operations & Coordination
- Support recruitment delivery teams with market insights and role feasibility
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor offer rollouts, joins, dropouts, and replacement discussions
Invoice & Commercial Management
- Ensure timely invoicing post-closure
- Follow up with clients for invoice clearance and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of billing, collections, and commercial commitments
Tools & Process Management
- Use ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and other sourcing/sales tools effectively
- Maintain clean documentation, trackers, and reports
- Continuously improve processes for sales, delivery, and client engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT roles (tech stacks, functional roles, seniority levels)
- Proven experience in recruitment sales / staffing / RPO / agency hiring
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Confident in LinkedIn outreach, client pitching, and relationship building
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn ATS, CRM, and productivity tools
- Highly proactive, organized, and ownership-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

- Experience working with startups or fast-growing companies
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, closure ratio, billing cycles)
