We are hiring experienced US Non-IT Staffing professionals to support recruitment and research operations for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
US Non-IT Recruiter -
- Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment (sourcing to submission/closure).
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with US clients/hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience in US Non-IT Staffing (mandatory) - 6 Months - 3 Years
- Prior experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter in US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices and staffing lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter,Indeed, Monster, Zip Recruiter, etc.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
