Staffing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex financial and business data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and use data analytical tools for forecasting, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis to management and key stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and business objectives.
• Implement and optimize data analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to improve business performance.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while managing large datasets.
• Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in data analysis to enhance overall productivity and insights.
