We are hiring a high-impact Staffing Leader to lead and scale one of our key Business Units in Hyderabad.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15–20 years of experience in Domestic Contingency Staffing, who can effectively balance business growth, client management, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the staffing business unit with complete ownership
- Drive business growth, revenue, margins, and profitability
- Manage and expand key client accounts and stakeholder relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and implement business strategies
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing recruitment teams
- Ensure delivery excellence across mandates and hiring targets
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational metrics
- Drive process improvements and best practices in staffing operations
- Take ownership of end-to-end business unit performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in Domestic Contingency Staffing
- Strong understanding of business numbers, margins, and growth levers
- Proven experience in account growth and client management
- Strong leadership experience in managing large recruitment teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on and ownership-driven leadership mindset
