Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Staffing who can manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and handle end-to-end staffing operations. The role requires strong client-handling skills, sourcing expertise, and close coordination with recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle existing client accounts for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and the delivery/recruitment team
- Understand client hiring needs, SLAs, and expectations clearly
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely closures
- Support sourcing activities when required (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Monitor recruiter performance and guide the team to meet targets
- Ensure client satisfaction, relationship management, and repeat business
- Track open positions, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Prepare and share regular MIS, reports, and delivery updates
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in staffing/recruitment industry
- Strong experience in client handling and account management
- Hands-on knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment sourcing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and delivery targets
- Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
