Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in product management with at least 5 years in the Infrastructure as a service, security domain.
- 5 years of experience building and launching security products to Enterprises or Public Sector customers.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.

As a Google Technical Program Manager for AI Infrastructure, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to production. Bridging the gap between engineering, and product teams, you will translate high-level goals into a prioritized technical product backlog. You will govern the end-to-end lifecycle, establish rollout protocols for features. Combining deep technical acumen with agile mastery, you will mitigate systemic risks and manage dependencies to deliver infrastructure services at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs. Manage dependencies, plan resource allocation, establish milestones, and drive delivery timelines.
- Partner with Product Managers to manage and ingest high-level product requirements (PRDs) and translate them into backlog features to ensure engineering teams have a clear, friction-free runway.
- Elicit requirements, manage competing priorities, and align cross-functional teams (e.g., UX, Legal, SRE, Product) toward a single unified objective. Define and govern the release strategy for complex, distributed software systems.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, release blockers, system vulnerabilities, or process gaps. Formulate complex contingency plans to keep multi-year initiatives on track.
- Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and release health indicators (e.g., deployment velocity, change failure rates). Build and maintain dashboard tracking tools to maintain program transparency.
