Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Independently run sub-projects of programs or own short-term projects.
Gather input from stakeholders and leverage it to influence technical decisions and refine processes.
Break down projects effectively and communicate plans/progress to teams and leadership.
Implement both Waterfall and Agile frameworks depending on project requirements.
Define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies.
Execute defined projects to achieve team-level goals.
Define solutions or utilize existing approaches to solve technical problems.
Apply components of process frameworks for assigned sub-projects.
Identify risks and issues and manage mitigation/resolution strategies.
Organize daily stand-ups, scrum calls, and other project ceremonies.
Prioritize tasks while adhering to scope, time, and budget constraints.
Manage escalations (internal & external) where applicable.
Collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Consider customer needs to make informed and timely decisions, contributing to key metrics.
