About The Role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Salesforce Staff Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into scalable, robust, and high-performing technical architectures across Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, CPQ, and integrated platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor, technical visionary, and hands-on leader, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem drives business transformation and delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Solution Design & Architecture:
    • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges and integrate seamlessly with the broader technology ecosystem.
    • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical design documents, and reusable frameworks.
    • Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
    • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to advance platform maturity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate solution approaches.
  • Hands-On Solution Delivery:
    • Oversee and participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.).
    • Guide and support development teams in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integration patterns.
    • Lead technical planning, testing, release management, and user adoption efforts.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization:
    • Utilize industry-standard process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Salesforce Diagrams) to visualize and optimize business processes.
    • Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives to maximize efficiency and user experience.
  • Project Management & Agile Delivery:
    • Partner with project managers to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Leverage project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Wrike, Kantata) to track progress, manage technical debt, and ensure alignment across teams.
    • Support Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance:
    • Define and enforce development standards, DevOps practices (e.g., Copado), and architecture reviews.
    • Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Mentorship & Technical Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and administrators.
    • Lead peer reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10 or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture, development, and integration.
  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformations.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, CPQ, and multi-cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with process mapping and project management tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) and DevOps tools (Copado, Git).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
