Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, with a strong focus on quality.
• 3 years of experience in software design, architecture, and leading technical teams.
• Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed organization on cross-functional projects.
