About The Role
The Earner's org at Uber is dedicated to building solutions that empower Earners to onboard seamlessly and discover dynamic earning opportunities. The Earner Access Investigations Team is focused on creating innovative automated agents that enhance our Earners platforms through conversational experiences powered by Agentic AI.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Collaboration with product and tech to ideate on design, develop, test and iterate.
What the Candidate Will need:
- Experience and Track Record: 10+ years in software engineering with a solid success track in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python with experience in building AI-driven systems. Familiarity with Agentic AI, langgraphs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques is a plus.
- Software Development Cycle: Experience navigating the complete software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment using industry best practices.
- Software Design and Architecture: Demonstrated experience in software design and architecture, specifically within distributed systems and microservices.
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in frontend programming with JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
- Effective Communication: Excellent collaboration skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus points if:
- Agentic AI experience
- LLM integrated architecture experience
- Experience building rapid prototypes and move swiftly in ambiguous environments
