Impact &contribution: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Azure OpenAI or Bedrock models to build intelligent applications. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms using Azure OpenAI or Bedrock technologies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective AI solutions.
- Build, deploy, and maintain intelligent applications that leverage generative AI models.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Essential skills:
- 12+ years of experience in relevant filed.
- Proven experience in developing AI models using Azure OpenAI or Bedrock.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with data engineering and data pipeline development.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Proficiency in using LLM frameworks and toolkits such as Langchain, Crew AI, MCP, Cline, Aider, and similar technologies.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
