Core Platform Development
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance data systems, including POCs and migrations.
- Build and maintain real-time, accurate, and scalable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analytics.
- Design data infrastructure to support AI/ML initiatives, including MCP servers and AI Agents.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and operational reliability.
- Optimize cost across ingestion, storage, and processing pipelines.
Technical Leadership & Ownership
- Own the complete development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Ensure operational excellence with monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Break down high-level architectures into manageable services and tasks.
- Stay updated with technology trends and contribute to team productivity improvements.
