About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Staff Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Technology team. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to define the Salesforce roadmap and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. You will bridge business requirements with platform capabilities across Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience), Agentforce, and CPQ, while leveraging your strong Salesforce Administration skills to configure, govern, and optimize our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce Initiatives:

  • Drive the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including:
  • Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Proof of Concept (POC): Design and validate solution prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value.
  • Story Creation: Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Prioritization: Work with business and technical teams to prioritize the backlog for maximum impact.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Release: Oversee deployment, change management, and release documentation.
  • Adoption: Deliver training, enablement, and ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize business value.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate needs into user stories and process maps.

Salesforce Administration & Configuration


  • User and license management, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Object and field configuration, record types, page layouts, Lightning App/Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and related lists.
  • Automation using Flows, Approvals, Email Alerts, and In-App Guidance; deprecate legacy Workflow Rules/Process Builder.
  • Reports and dashboards creation, analytics folder management, and role-based data visibility.
  • Data quality management: validation rules, duplicate rules, picklist governance, and field-level help.
  • Release and change management: sandbox strategy, change sets, metadata versioning, and UAT coordination.
  • Service Cloud/Agentforce: Case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge base, SLAs, macros, and agent assist features.
  • Experience Cloud: Community setup, page access, and content governance.
  • CPQ: Product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, renewals, and amendments.
  • Integration: Collaborate on integrations (e.g., MuleSoft/Boomi), Connected Apps, and data migration.

Platform Specialization


  • Sales Cloud: Lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting, territories, and sales cadences.
  • Testing & Support: Define and execute test cases, support UAT, deliver training, and provide Tier-2/3 troubleshooting.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce security, audit trails, and data retention policies; partner with InfoSec/Compliance for regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze usage, propose process and UX improvements, and measure outcomes via KPIs and adoption metrics.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Agentforce.

Skills & Competencies


  • Expert in Salesforce Administration: profiles, permission sets, Flows, validation rules, sharing/security, and release/change management.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud/Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Proficient with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro).
  • Experienced with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday, Asana).
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills; strong Excel and BI tool familiarity.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
