We are seeking a Staff Product Manager
, Creators, who will take ownership of the end-to-end experience across the product. This role will be responsible for improving engagement, retention, and completion rates through thoughtful product strategy, strong execution, and a deep emphasis on
UI/UX excellence.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives focused on scale, performance, and usability, while running
experimentation and A/B tests to validate what drives learner success and monetization. This role requires a strong learner-centric mindset, the ability to work with data at scale, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- Own the Creators Product Vision & Strategy for Courses platform, serving 1.1M+ MAUs, with a focus on engagement, completion, and long-term retention (B2B2C).
- Define and execute the product roadmap to improve learner outcomes and platform growth.
- Own the end-to-end learner journey from first interaction to completion, repeat usage, and reactivation.
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities across the learner funnel.
- Drive learner growth and monetization through better course discovery, consumption, and progression.
- Lead delivery of core learning experiences, including course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success features.
- Champion UI/UX excellence by partnering with design and engineering to build intuitive, accessible, and mobile-first experiences.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and improve engagement and retention.
- Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability to support a growing learner base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Leverage data and experimentation insights to prioritize roadmap decisions and measure impact.
- Own outcomes, not just features, delivering measurable improvements in engagement, retention, completion, and growth.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on B2C or B2B2C learning platforms serving 2M+ monthly active users.
- Proven ability to ship high-impact product features that improve learner engagement, completion, retention, and overall business growth.
- Strong UI/UX expertise for learning experiences, partnering closely with design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user journeys.
- Hands-on experience driving creator growth and monetization across subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business models.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and creator platform growth levers, including creator activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization.
